Integrated Debrief + Upgrade Roadmap

We review your scores together — archetype reveal, dimension analysis, constraint identification, and cross-instrument patterns from your TTI data. You leave with a personalized 90-Day Upgrade Plan and a clear picture of which dimensions to address first.

Monthly Coaching Sessions

Structured monthly sessions with clear agenda, dimension-focused development, real-time decision support, and accountability. Sessions are designed to integrate directly with your current leadership challenges — not exist outside them.

Quarterly OS Reassessment

Every 90 days, we re-run the full OS Assessment to measure dimension growth, recalibrate priorities, and provide documented proof of leadership ROI. This is the accountability mechanism that separates this program from traditional coaching.

360 Feedback + Organizational Deployment

At month 12, optional 360-degree feedback provides external validation of your growth. Graduates may expand the program to their leadership teams for organizational-level OS deployment.
